Go to the Labels tab, enter how many labels you want, and tap "Generate PDF." This creates an Avery 5160-compatible sheet you can print on any home printer. Pro users can also print directly to a Brother QL label printer.
Nope! You can print on regular paper and tape them on, or use Avery 5160 adhesive label sheets for a cleaner look. For dedicated label printing, BinMaster Pro supports Brother QL printers with DK-1209 label stock.
If the code belongs to an existing bin, it opens immediately. If it's a new code, BinMaster auto-creates a new bin for you — no extra steps needed.
By default, all data stays on your device. Pro users can back up to iCloud Drive, but this is entirely optional and controlled by you.
Free includes up to 10 bins, unlimited QR scanning, basic item tracking, PDF label generation, photo storage, and 3 AI photo analyses per day.
Go to Settings > Backup & Restore. Tap "Restore from Backup" and select your .binmaster file from the Files app. Your data will be restored automatically.
BinMaster is currently designed for iPhone. iPad support may come in a future update.
Go to Settings > Upgrade to Pro (or the Pro section), then tap "Already purchased? Restore." This will check your App Store account for previous purchases.
