Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using BinMaster ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

BinMaster is a personal inventory management application that helps you organize physical storage bins using QR code labels. The App is available for iOS devices.

Account & Access

BinMaster does not require an account to use. All data is stored locally on your device. No login or registration is needed.

In-App Purchases

BinMaster offers optional Pro subscriptions and a lifetime purchase through Apple's App Store. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Subscription management and cancellation are handled through your Apple ID settings.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
The lifetime purchase is a one-time, non-recurring payment that unlocks Pro features permanently.
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use BinMaster for its intended purpose of personal inventory management. You may not:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's backend services
Use the App for any unlawful purpose

AI Features

BinMaster's optional AI photo analysis feature (available to Pro users) uses third-party AI services to identify items. AI-generated suggestions are provided as-is and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before saving.

Intellectual Property

BinMaster, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of LogiWRX. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

BinMaster is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LogiWRX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data.

Data & Backups

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. While BinMaster provides iCloud backup functionality, we are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, software updates, or other circumstances.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
